Place your hands on the pool’s edge, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Engage your core and shift your weight onto your upper body, lifting your toes off the pool floor. Raise your torso out of the water until your arms are fully extended, then lower your body back down and repeat. If it’s too challenging, use your legs to support yourself by jumping off the pool floor.
