In deeper water, hold onto the pool’s edge or a flotation device. Lift your legs so that your body is horizontal, keeping your spine neutral. Kick from your hips, as if you were kicking a soccer ball, with a quick and strong motion. Switch legs and increase your speed and strength for a more challenging workout. Remember to keep your body in a straight line to engage your glutes.
